Lön och lönespec

Lön betalas ut den 25:e varje månad. Om den 25:e infaller på en helg eller helgdag betalas lönen ut närmaste föregående vardag.

Vad lönen avser

Lönen som betalas ut den 25:e avser arbetad tid under föregående månad. Övertid, OB-tillägg och rörlig ersättning baseras på registrerad tid i Personalsystemet senast den 5:e i månaden.

Lönespec

• Lönespecen finns digitalt i Personalsystemet → Min Sida → Lön.
• Spara ned PDF:en — den behövs vid bostadsansökan, lån och vissa myndighetsärenden.
• Lönespec från innevarande och tre föregående år finns alltid tillgängliga.

Fel på lönen?

Kontakta HR senast den 1:a i månaden efter utbetalning. Vi rättar i nästa lönekörning.

Payroll & Payslips

Salary is paid on the 25th of each month. If the 25th falls on a weekend or holiday, salary is paid on the closest preceding business day.

What the salary covers

The salary paid on the 25th covers work performed in the previous month. Overtime, shift premiums and variable pay are based on hours registered in Personalsystemet by the 5th of the month.

Payslip

• Find your payslip in Personalsystemet → My Page → Payroll.
• Save the PDF — you’ll need it for rental applications, loans, and some agency forms.
• Payslips from the current year and the past three years are always accessible.

Contact HR by the 1st of the following month. We’ll correct it in the next payroll run.
